Our Wish List

Our High-Priority Needs

Thank you of thinking of CAWES for your donation. Due to limited storage space, we are only able to accept high priority items at this time.

 

Here is a list of essential items we currently need. Please contact us to arrange a day and time to drop-off your donation. 

​

  • Women's Clothing: New, unopened underwear (URGENT NEED: XS, S, M), leggings and joggers (M, L, XL), sleepwear (M, L, XL), Plus-size T-Shirts, Women's running or casual shoes (all sizes)

  • Children's Clothing:

    • Girls: 0-6 month, 4T ​and 5T joggers/athletic pants, Sizes 7 to 8

    • Boys:  0-6 month, 4T and 5T joggers/athletic pants, zip-up hoodies, long-sleeve shirts

  • Personal Hygiene: Deodorant, bars of soap

  • Children's Items: Diapers (URGENT NEED: Size 5) , Pull-ups

  • Food: Granola bars, trail mix, popcorn, crackers, rice cakes, veggie chips, yogurt cups and tubes, fruit cups, fruit sacks, goldfish, individually wrapped cookies/crackers, juice boxes, Lunchables, Fruit, Bread, buns, wraps, write and brown sugar, cooking oil, rice/pasta, pasta sauce, peanut butter and jam, eggs, milk

  • Other: Journals, Gift Cards (in denominations of $5 to $25),

Please make sure that you have made arrangements with us before you come to the shelter, ensuring that we are accepting the items you have to donate and prioritizing the safety of our guests, staff, and donors.

 

Your generous donations play a crucial role in establishing a nurturing and safe haven for the women and children under our care. To maximize the impact of your contribution, we kindly request new or gently used items that are clean and in good condition, with thoughtful consideration of what you donate greatly appreciated due to limited space at the shelter. Prior to bringing in your donation, we encourage you to reach out to us to ensure that we can accommodate it, and we are thankful for your generosity and support.
